The mission of Andover Recreation is to provide the residents of Andover a myriad of social, educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities embracing diversity and accessibility for all.

Center for Performing Arts Dance & Acting School featuring central air conditioning, unlimited off-street parking, three large dance studios, a large lobby area for families, an office with a service window with helpful office staff during all regular business hours, a black box theater for in-house performances, four bathrooms, and three locker rooms for students. We welcome students to our year-round dance, acro, voice, and acting programs for kids and adults. 978-975-7668.The Performing Arts Dance Studio and Acting School invites students of all ages to partake in our dance lessons, acting, drama and voice classes, including Ballet, Jazz Dance, Tap Dance, Hip Hop Dance, Lyrical Dance, Tumbling, Private Dance Lessons, Competition Dance Team, Recreational Dance, Pre-School Dance (2-3 years), Adult Dance Lessons, and Theater Productions.Our dance studio's curriculum includes both recreational and competitive programs, and it is affiliated with worldwide associations and certifications, including Dance Masters of America, American Academy of Ballet, Acrobatic Arts, and the National Thespian Association, among others.Our performing arts program will train students in voice, dance, and acting by certified professionals. The Acting School offers acting, drama, and voice lessons, as well as our Community Theater Program.Our voice lesson program prepares students to be proficient in Classical Opera, musical theater, pop & contemporary styles.Our acting classes prepare students with the necessary skills needed to perform with confidence in our Fall and Spring Community Theater Performances.
